I am the founder of Bankers and a graduate of Shenkar's product design degree.

I was inspired to create Bunkers while working at an acai bowl and smoothie shop, where I was exposed to the world of superfoods and health. As someone who lives a daily life of sports and training, I felt that one product was missing – a frozen treat that truly nourishes the body, without compromising on health and taste. Thus was born the idea of creating something that would combine all these elements in one product.

To turn the vision into a social reality, Shenkar's entrepreneurship incubator and Assaf Cohen, a food technologist with extensive experience, who previously worked at Tnuva and Strauss and currently operates

An independent food development laboratory. Together we created a series of super ice creams that connect the worlds of health, sports and pleasure – ice creams that combine superfoods, high-quality protein and creamy taste.
